Extension of last date of filing of Cost Audit Report to the Board of Directors

Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification dated 27/09/2021 has extended the last date of filing of Cost Audit Report to the Board of Directors.

This means that the Cost Audit Report for FY 2020-21 by Cost Auditor to the Board of Directors can be submitted upto 31st October, 2021 without any violation. Further, Form CRA-4 can be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of Report by the Company.
