MCA Circular - 22nd September 2025

MCA vide Circular dated 22 nd September 2025 has clarified that companies may continue to hold AGMs/EGMs through VC/OAVM till further orders, in line with earlier circulars, while statutory timelines under the Companies Act, 2013 remain unchanged.
