MCA Circular – 29th September 2025

MCA, vide its General Circular dated 29 th September 2025, has extended the due date for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC and web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB without payment of late filing fee.

Earlier due date: 30 th September 2025

Extended due date: 15 th October 2025
