MCA Circular on relaxation in paying additional fees in case of delay in filing all the event based e-forms by Limited Liability Partnerships which are due on and after 25th February, 2022 to 31st May, 2022 up to 30th June, 2022 – 31st May, 2022

MCA, vide its Circular dated 31 st May, 2022 has extended the timelines for filing all the event based e-forms by LLPs without paying additional fees.

MCA, further added in the Circular that in view of transition from version-2 of MCA-21 to version-3 and to promote compliance on part of LLPs, it has been decided to allow all the LLPs to file various event based LLPs e-forms, due dates of which are falling between 25 th February, 2022 to 31 st May, 2022 without paying additional fees up to 30 th June, 2022.
