The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a Public Notice dated 4 th April 2025 , proposing amendments to the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, to expand the scope of Fast Track Mergers under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013 .
