MCA order on extension of period of Company Law Committee – 05 th September, 2022

MCA vide its order dated 05 th September, 2022 extended period of Company Law Committee by one year till 16.09.2023. It is to be noted that the above order is in continuation of the Order dated 23.09.2021, 17.09.2020 and 18.09.2019. The order is issued with approval of the Competent Authority.
