MCA Update- Extension of Time for filing of 45 company e-Forms and PAS-03 in MCA 21 Version 3.0 without additional fee -reg.- 7th February, 2023

Due to change in way filing of forms in version 3, MCA vide its Circular dated 7 th February, 2023 allowed further additional time of 15 days for filing of 45 company e-forms in MCA 21 without additional fees. This circular is in continuation of General Circular No 01/2023 dated 9 th January, 2023 (in which MCA has already given extension of 15 days from due date if due date fall between 7 th January, 2023 to 22 nd January, 2023), it has decided to allow further additional time of 15 days for filing of these 45 forms without additional fees.

Any PAS-3 whose due date for filing fall between 20 th January, 2023 and 6 th February, 2023 can also be filed without additional fees with in 15 days from 6 th February, 2023.
