MCA Update - Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2024.

These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2024. In the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2018, in rule 5, in sub-rule (2), for the words “one Member”, the words “the chief executive officer” shall be substituted.
