RBI Update - Merchanting Trade Transactions (MTT) – Review of time period for outlay of foreign exchange

The RBI has extended the permissible time period for outlay of foreign exchange in Merchanting Trade Transactions (MTT) from four months to six months, while retaining the overall completion period of nine months as per earlier guidelines.
