The Reserve Bank of India, vide the Non-Banking Financial Companies – Undertaking of Financial Services) Amendment Directions, 2026, has amended the existing Directions, 2025 to include “AgriSURE – Agri Fund for Start Ups & Rural Enterprises” in Annex I, thereby expanding the list of permitted financial services/activities. This amendment has been issued under the relevant provisions of the RBI Act,
Factoring Regulation Act, and NHB Act, and comes into effect immediately.
