SEBI Notification - ICDR Third amendment

SEBI, vide its notification dated 31 st October 2025 has amended the ICDR Regulations to expand the number of permissible anchor investors based on issue size and mandated that 40% of the anchor investor portion be reserved for domestic mutual funds, life insurance companies, and pension funds to deepen long-term institutional participation in IPOs.
