SEBI Notification - LODR Amendment - 19th November 2025

SEBI has notified the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025, published in the Official Gazette on 19 November 2025. These amendments introduce several important changes affecting related party transactions, annual reports, payment mechanisms, and definitions under LODR.

As per the notification, sub-regulations I, III and VII of Regulation 3 will come into force on the 30 th day from the publication date, i.e., 19 December 2025. All other provisions are effective from 19 November 2025.
