SEBI Notification - SBEB Amendment - 4th December 2025

SEBI has issued a second amendment for 2025 under the SEBI SBEB Regulations. The key change is that all valuations under ESOP and Sweat Equity schemes must now be carried out only by an independent registered valuer (Section 247, Companies Act). Merchant bankers can complete only ongoing assignments within 9 months.
