SEBI Update - Extension of timelines for submission of offsite inspection data

SEBI issued circular regarding Extension of timelines for submission of offsite inspection data The following has been stated Extended Submission Timeline : Previously, Portfolio Managers had to submit data within 10 calendar days from the end of the quarter. Now, they have 15 calendar days for submission. Additional Data Requirement : Portfolio Managers must provide day-wise data for the following table headings:

Client Holding Master Portfolio Managers shall submit data for all their clients from April 01, 2023 onwards. The provisions of this circular shall come into force with immediate effect. Link - View Circular
