Rule Companies Incorporation Rules 2014 Existing Companies Incorporation Rules Amendments Comments 25A sub rule 1 Every company incorporated on or before the 31 st December,2017 shall file the particulars of the company and its registered office, in e-Form ACTIVE (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) on or before 25.04.2019 Every company incorporated on or before the 31 st December,2017 shall file the particulars of the company and its registered office, in e-Form ACTIVE (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) on or before 15.06.19 The companies which are incorporated on or before the 31 st December 2017 shall file particulars of the company and its registered office in e-formACTIVE (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) on or before 15 th June 2016 instead of 25 th April 2019. 25A sub rule 1 Provision 3 Provided also that in case a company does not intimate the said particulars, the Company shall be marked as “ACTIVE-non-compliant” on or after 26 th April, 2019 and shall be liable for action under sub-section (9) of section 12 of the Act Provided also that in case a company does not intimate the said particulars, the Company shall be marked as “ACTIVE-non-compliant” on or after 16 th June , 2019 and shall be liable for action under sub-section (9) of section 12 of the Act If the company doesn’t intimate the said particulars the company shall be marked as“ACTIVE-non-compliant” on or after 16 th June, 2019 instead of 26 th April 2019 and shall be liable under sub- section (9) of section 12 of the Act.

As per companies (Registration offices and Fees) second Amendment Rules, 2019 the companies will be liable to pay fees of Rs 10000/- if the company files the form after 15th June 2019.
