Regulatory Requirement for Directors in India
As per Regulation 4(2)(f)(ii) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board shall encourage continuing directors training to ensure that the members of the board are kept up to date.
As per Regulation 25(7)(c), the listed entity shall familiarize the Independent Directors through various training programmes about the listed entity including the roles, rights and responsibilities of independent directors.
